Returns and refunds

We only accept returns and offer refunds if your item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 10 days after delivery and provide proof with photos and/or videos of the damage or error.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any other reasons, including change of mind.

If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions for the refund process.
